Whatever, I'll see you soon.

You have most likely worked this out for yourselves, being pretty and clever people, but in case you haven't, Sian and I have moved, and currently have no internet access. So, enjoy the break from my endless drivel; take in a movie, go for a walk and laugh at some trees, or just quietly coat the inside of your rooms with foil to keep the radiation the CIA is sending out away.
Whatever, I'll see you soon. Gibberish spouted by Sheol at 21:34

Just a quick note - I think I found what was making this page load so slowly, and have taken two steps to manage it;
1 - I've lessened the number of posts displayed 2 - I've got rid of the "Taste-O-Meter", which I am sure No one even noticed! yay! That's good yeah? You'll come back more often now yeah? Yeah? EVEN MORE GTA IV related funnies...
...RRRAAAAAAARRRRGH!!! The fact that everyone seems to playing this game speaks of how good it is. I'm really blown away by it (and managed to get the "One Man Army" achievement last night in the most cowardly and snivelling way possible - email me if you want to know how - and no, I didn't cheat. Anyway, it is getting tougher. There is a mission I just cannot do (and no Craig, it isn't that one you watched me screw up multiple times...it's the one with the Hells Angels). I've been packing for most of the day, and am now stopping for a bit to play something. Thing is, I might actually try that bit on Halo 3 I have been vexed with on the harder setting. I'm kinda' in the mood for some alien blastin'. ...Then agaaaaaaaaiyyyyyn.... Gibberish spouted by Sheol at 15:05

Five Things I Have Learned from Grand Theft Auto IV
1) No matter how heinous your crime, if you drive for long enough, the police will completely forget about you, and pursue the matter no further. 2) Hot Dogs, Burgers and other fast food, far from being dangerous for your health, actually heal you to full wellness, no matter how serious the wounds, or how greasy the food. 3) Pigeons glow red 4) Vehicles automatically become very hard to drive when you are in a car chase, no matter how reliable they were before. 5) If you try to identify the tune an ice-cream van is playing (when it's the GTA IV tune), you unlock a cheat – actually found that out myself by accident. Yay! GTA IV is actually one of the best games I have played in a long time. I will do a better entry, but I have to get “a package” to this guy over on Firefly Island by 13:30, and I'm running late. Oh yeah, and the cops are on my tail, so the car's steering seems to have gotten suddenly worse. Booh! Gibberish spouted by Sheol at 15:20

Rebecca has found a disturbing little piece of pan-dimensional crypto-zoological evil on a page describing where her husband is going shortly...
...ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'yleh wgah'nagl fhtagn It's about half way down. And if you don't know what the line above means, the link will probably mean nothing as well! Gibberish spouted by Sheol at 23:33

So, what have we learned lately?
Well, I've learned that if you wait long enough, and keep slicing the flesh open, the piece of glass that was rather larger than expected, that was deeply embedded in your middle finger, will emerge, borne forth on a sickly well of orange pus, blood and clear stuff. We have also learned that just because a pot is oven proof, it may not be microwave proof. We learned this today when re-heating some spaghetti bolognese in the microwave. We learned it when the hidden metal bolt, hidden deep with the plastic looking handle became covered with seething electrical conductions, and began to grow hot. We learned when the heating bolt began to expand, and applied increasing pressure to the tough but ultimately brittle handle, and, after about 90 seconds, created enough force to totally shatter it with a very loud bang, a horrible smell of burning, and the ricocheting of tiny, hard pieces of burned stuff within the ovens guts. We felt very foolish on completing this bit of learning, and vowed never to assume things ever again. Today we also learned that sometimes expecting the worst really does result in your being pleasantly surprised when things go right, for the electrics in the cottage, though strange enough to vex the electricians somewhat, and though in need of one or two minor tweaks, is on the whole, safe and not explody. Finally, we learned today that elusive electronic musicians are as bad as meeting deadlines as the rest of us. Hills West, I'm looking at you right now. Have you learned something today? Do tell... I have no idea how long it will remain on Google Video, but as long as it does, it gives me great pleasure to share the movie "Mirror Mask" with you - a strange fable written by Neil Gaiman and brought to life by the Jim Henson gang. Yay!

Now, I'm the infection control link for our unit, and today, whilst flicking through the Health Protection Agencies webiste, I came across something that puzzled me. You see, up to this point, the pages has boasted frightening electron-scanning microscope pictures of beautifully geometric viruses, darkly powdery looking bacteria and sleek, swooping spiroketes.
So, when I came across THIS, I was, momentarily, surprised. I mean, that's so pathetic and cute, I almost want Bartonella... ...Well, maybe not, but...well you know... Gibberish spouted by Sheol at 16:25
